People travelling to join a rally to protest against government in action was arrested even before they join the rally, a Nazi type action in Bengal
A doctor and a Researcher from Kolkata were proceeding to attend a rally organized by Peoples committee for police Atrocities was arrested simply because they were going to attend the rally. Although the organization PCPAC has a backing of the Maoist it has not been declared as a banned organization. The reason is that they were proceeding to attend the rally. Tomorrow I may be arrested simply because I was thinking to attend the rally or I wrote something about the rally in the media.
This acts reminds of the Nazi rule in Germany or the current rule in China or the communist rule in Russia. If you speak anything against the government either you will vanish or arrested and kept in jail.
The CPM rule also adopted the same principle. Only exception is that along with police party army the “Armada” used to complete the work.
Is Mamota Bannerjees Government proceeding to that line? May I know the answer?
